Cancellation Policy.
BOOKING CONFIRMATION
- A Confirmation Deposit equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay is always required to confirm the reservation.
- We will send you the bank details followed by your written confirmation
- The reservation is guaranteed only after receiving the 30% deposit
- The amount of the deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card.
- The cardholder must authorize the hotel to withdraw, by credit card, with a written authorization
- With the deposit (Bank Transfer) you accept our Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
- If the cancellation occurs at least 21 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded but you will receive a Voucher, for the amount of the deposit, which can be used for another stay. Contact the hotel to check availability.
- In case of cancellation 20 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded.
- In case of no-show, 30% (deposit) of the price of the stay will be retained.
- In the event of early departure or late arrival, the full amount of the services booked must be paid.
- Changes or cancellations to the reservation must be communicated by email (written).

FURTHER INFO:
- CHECK-IN from 14.00 : the rooms are available starting from 2 pm of the arrival onwards
- CHECK-OUT within 10.00: guests must leave the room before 10 am of the departure day
MEALS:
- Dinner is served from 19.30 till 20.30
- Breakfast is served from 07.30 till 09.30
