Where are you located?

We are in the limit of the Stelvio National Park, along the state road 301 that connects Bormio (8 km) and Livigno (26 km), in the town of Semogo, in Valdidentro. Our hotel is just at the entrance of the town.

How is the Hotel built?

The Hotel is subdivided in 2 main parts that are connected internally. In the first area you find the restaurant and the pizzeria, the bar, the lounge bar and the wellness area. In the next part, the rooms.

Do you also have apartments for rent?

No, only rooms. The Superior rooms and some Suites are located in the main area, the Economy, Classic rooms and some Suited are located in the secondary part.

How many rooms does the hotel have?

The hotel has 44 rooms, all non-smoker, all rooms have flat screen satellite TV, WI-FI connection (username and password are given to you at the reception), strongbox, telephone, temperature regulator, alarm and daily cleaning services. The rooms have frontal or lateral view to the Monte Colombano or the town center. The bathrooms, with bathtub or shower, include a set of towels, courtesy products and hairdryer.

Does the hotel have an elevator?

Yes, we have an elevator in the central part of the hotel, where the Superior rooms and some Suites are.

Are the prices per person or per room?

The prices are per person, per day.

What services do you offer for the kids?

Until 2 years old, we give a bed with sides. Considering that some of the rooms have bunk beds, we provide with the sides for the bed.

What does Bed & Breakfast include?

It includes a rich breakfast with a large variety of sweet and salty flavors. For dinner, you can enjoy our Pizzeria or our A la Carte menu.

What does the Half Pension include?

Besides the breakfast, it includes the dinner with buffet salat and vegetables (substituted with a starter from September until November), menu with two dishes to choose and dessert. With the half pension, the wellness center is included.

Are the drinks included in the Half pension?

Drinks are NOT included.

Is it possible to have a particular menu for those who suffer of allergies/intolerances?

Absolutely yes: we pay particular attention to the allergies/intolerances.

Which other services are included?

Wellness center, cocktail bar, pizzeria, lounge with dancing area and a big screen, reading room and game room. Plus, a small gym, ski & bike room (warmed up in winter), private parking, private pullman and Land Rover for excursions.

Are pets admitted?

Small pets are admitted. They can enter to the restaurant and the panoramic terrace and they cannot be left alone in the room.

What is the schedule to check-in and check-out?

Check in: the rooms are available from 14:00.
Check out: our guests are requested to check out by 10:00.
We can store your luggage before the check in and/or after the check out.

Is it possible to check in before 14:00?

On request and only if the room is ready.

What is the schedule for the meals?

Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 9:30 and dinner from 19:00 to 20:00. On request, we can anticipate the breakfast for the bicycling events.

Is there a parking available?

There is a free, covered parking available (no booking needed), and a parking reserved for the buses. There are also other public parking places available near the hotel.

Is it possible to smoke inside the hotel?

No, it is prohibited to smoke in the rooms and inside the structure.

Is it possible to pay with card?

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Bancomat as payment methods.
